- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Spoke to receptionist yesterday about how really bad I was regarding the tablets there have given me a few days earlier , she tried to book me in early morning in which I said I couldn't because I I was so un steady on my feet I needed somebody with me so she said shell phone me the next day if there was any cancellation so I got a phone call asking why I hadn't shown up to appointment this morning !!!! Explaining I told the other girl I couldn't make it she said ok then , I'm getting worse and no phone call so on the of chance I phone seeing if there were any cancellations this afternoon when somebody could come with me , the response was unbelievable what I was told was u had appointment this morning and I phoned you personally because you didn't turn up !! I told the story and all I got was there's one today can you make that !!!!! I tell you what. The customer service is shocking when people don't listen then there think there can talk to you like that , how dare there !!!! Really get them sorted because people will start going else were , I'm close to going to hospital because of these tablets and I get that customer service REALLY so poorby chris riddellJuly 03, 2017
